We check your property before and after severe weather and document any damage.
For work beyond our direct scope, we schedule trusted contractors, oversee the work, and report back so you do not have to manage the process.
We manage your trusted vendors, including lawn care, pool service, pest control, and cleaning crews, coordinating schedules and quality on your behalf.
Once a storm check turns up damage, we source the repair and see it through.

Our Process
Request a private home assessment. We learn your home, your standards, and the details that matter most.
Together, we build a personalized stewardship checklist tailored to your property, systems, vendors, and preferences.
We begin stewardship: monthly visits, detailed reports, and being your eyes on the property. If something comes up that needs outside help, we flag it and you decide how to handle it.
Once we know your home and your standards, we take over contractor and vendor coordination too — sourcing, bids, oversight — at no change to your monthly rate. You make one decision instead of ten phone calls.
